Throughout the entire process, Tim was very responsive, flexible, and focused on making sure that we had a great experience with the entire transaction. As we are not local, having someone on the ground to act as our eyes and ears was important. The transaction encountered some challenges but through it all, Tim was great, providing frequent updates, photos of the property, and frequent status reports of the goings on and how things were progressing prior to closing. Most importantly, he helped us close the deal. Even after the sale was completed, Tim continued to be of great help in making sure that everything was set and in good order with the property, even going so far as to using his own resources help get an additional item of debris removed from the property.
